BREAKWATER MARINA, INC. is centrally located on the Puget Sound in Tacoma, just East of Point Defiance Park, the Vashon Ferry Landing and next to the Tacoma Yacht Club. We are close to Gig Harbor & Commencement Bay, with easy access to the warmer waters of the South Sound, towards Olympia.

Right next door is Anthony's Restaurant @ Point Defiance and Metro Parks Public Boat Launch (ramp fees apply & overnight moorage available). Within walking distance up the hill you will also find the Gold Fish Tavern, The Antique Sandwich Company & Don's Ruston Market.

We are a Full Service Marina offering Moorage - both permanent and overnight - a Service & Repair Dept., a Yacht Brokerage, a Fuel Dock with gas/diesel/propane, and our Marine Store w/ parts, supplies, ice and several food items. Stop by and check us out!

Your efforts make a difference: each year we collect nearly 25,000 pounds of recyclable materials. To put that into perspective, that’s the equivalent weight of two light aircraft.
